Winter Wonderland Tea Princess Party

January 21, 2018

Warm up with our Winter Wonderland Tea with inspired Princesses "Ice Queen" and "Snow Princess" from 2 PM to 4 PM on January 21! 

Please feel free to dress as your favorite princess!  Cost is $20.00 per child and $20.00 per child companion.  Cost includes time with our princesses Ice Queen and Snow Princess, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Cookies, Cakes, and Finger Sandwiches. 

2:00 PM - Door Open to Event Center - Tea Buffet Open!

2:45 PM - Photos with Princesses, Crafts, and Dancing! 

4:00 PM - Enjoy exploring the Castle Property and clime the towers!

Dinner will be a mixed greens salad with house-made Italian dressing. Braised beef short ribs, marinated chicken breast, garlic mashed potatoes, & chefs choice of vegetable. 

Opening Act -  Justin Sullivan
 

Justin is a blue collar style comedian from the Motor City.  He mixes stand up comedy punch-lines with funny songs.  When Justin takes the stage no two shows are ever the same.  He performs at all the major comedy clubs across the Midwest.

 

Headliner - Jason Douglas

With his quick wit and commanding stage presence Jason Douglas takes his audience on a roller coaster ride of laughs from the word go.  Incorporating a barrage of "pop" culture references, funny stories, and off the wall "one liners", you can't help but laugh at this goofy, crazy, and original talent. Jason's show pulls no punches and he refuses to sugar coat anything ... Jason tells it the way it is, the way it was, & the way it should be!

Opening Act: Zack Hammond’s pessimism pervades every aspect of his wit: his sometimes sardonic, always intelligent views on everything from marriage to convenience store prostitutes has garnered him both the respect of his peers and the adulation of the audiences before which he offers his unconventional, insightful, and bitingly sharp comedy.  He's appeared at The New Orleans Comedy Festival.

Headliner:  Kevin Kramis performs over 45 weeks per year in Clubs, Colleges and Concerts. A regular in Las Vegas he also writes material for a number of comedians as well as a contributing writer for the Dr. Don Prep Sheet. A veteran comic noted for his universal appeal, with stage presence and off-beat improvisations that captivate and involve audiences. Kevin works successfully before all kinds of people from mature, discerning audiences at outdoor venues like DTE to the inmates at the super-maximum security prison in Mansfield, Ohio. Kevin has opened for Tim Allen, Jeff Foxworthy,  Gabe Kaplan, Billy Gardell, Pointer Sisters, Three Dog Night, Brian Setzer Orchestra, & JJ Walker.

 

St. Valentines Wedding Murder Mystery at The Castle

The birds are chirping, the sun is shining, but the wedding bells aren’t ringing for this not-so-happy couple when a member of the wedding party is murdered! With a raging bridezilla and an unenthused groom on the scene, it may be happily never after in this nuptial nightmare. Trade clues with your guests and help the hapless couple figure out whodunnit so they can say I do before the wedding hour passes them by!

St. Patrick's DayMurder Mystery at The Castle

Landoll’s Mohican Castle is presenting our St.Patrick's day murder mystery dinner Unlucky Charms. Performed by the nations #1 ranked murder mystery troupe, The Murder Mystery Company.

Tickets are $75.00 per person. Tickets are available for sale now by calling 419 994-3427 ext:0. Guests will enjoy a four-course plated dinner prepared by our executive chef. The dinner will include passed appetizers, salad, entrée & chef’s choice of side dishes and a delectable dessert.

Doors to our Event Center will open at 6:00pm. please try to arrive between 6:00-6:30. A full bar will be available. After the show concludes there will be live music and drink specials in the Copper Mug Bar next door to the event center.

Area Activities

Mohican Country

The land upon which the Castle is located has a rich history. Ashland County, and the area surrounding the village of Loudonville, was originally populated by Native Americans from the Delaware nation of tribes, along with a remnant of the Connecticut Mohegan (Mohican). By the early 1800's, as the State of Ohio was being established, European settlers were sold large tracts of land to help develop the new western frontier. Today, Mohican Country is synonymous with outdoor recreation and an escape into the beautiful hills of Ohio. The Mohican area features golf, fishing, boating, canoeing, and a host of other outdoor activities that are within minutes of the Castle. Amish shopping and dining excursions in Holmes county are very popular activities for Castle guests. Fall foliage enthusiasts discover spectacular colors throughout the mid-Ohio region.

1,110-acre Mohican State Park and the adjacent 4,525-acre state forest are outstanding in their beauty and offer limitless opportunities for visitors to explore one of Ohio's most unique natural regions. The striking Clear Fork Gorge, hemlock forest and scenic Mohican River offer a wilderness experience while the resort lodge and cottages provide luxurious accommodations.
