Smoked Salmon Blini with Crème Fraîche & Dill – A delicate buckwheat blini topped with Scottish smoked salmon, silky crème fraîche, and fresh dill. Paired with a peaty Islay Scotch.

Irish Cheddar & Stout Soup – A rich and creamy soup made with aged Irish cheddar, caramelized onions, and dark Irish stout, finished with a crisp rye crouton. Paired with a smooth Irish whisky.

Beet & Goat Cheese Salad with Hazelnuts & Balsamic Dressing – A vibrant mix of roasted beets, creamy goat cheese, and toasted hazelnuts over fresh greens, finished with a tangy balsamic dressing. Paired with a rich Highland Scotch.

Half Scotch Egg with Mustard Aioli – A soft-boiled egg wrapped in herbed sausage, breaded and fried to golden perfection, served with a tangy mustard aioli. Paired with a sherried Speyside Scotch.

Boneless Whisky-Glazed Short Rib with Colcannon – Slow-braised boneless short rib, glazed with a deep whisky reduction, served over creamy Irish colcannon (mashed potatoes with kale and butter). Paired with a12-Year Irish Whisky.

Pan-Seared Duck Breast with Scotch-Cherry Reduction – Crispy-skinned duck breast, seared to perfection and served with a rich Scotch whisky and cherry reduction, enhanced with black pepper and orange zest. Accompanied by buttered leeks for a touch of sweetness. Paired with a bold Islay Scotch.

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Whisky Caramel Sauce – A warm, moist date cake drizzled with a rich whisky caramel sauce, served with a dollop of vanilla cream. Paired with an aged single malt Scotch.
