Description
An elegant, candlelit Halloween dinner at one grand king’s table. Enjoy six chef-crafted tasting courses, each paired with a bespoke mini-cocktail—autumnal, refined, and just a little wicked. Expect haunting music, low light, and Halloween touches for a truly memorable night at the Castle.

Costumes
Guests are encouraged to come in costume—think gothic masquerade, Victorian, or dark cocktail attire. Please avoid bulky wings/props.


Six-Course Tasting Menu + Cocktail Pairings

I. The Invitation – Midnight Crostini
Whipped chèvre, roasted red-pepper & caramelized onion marmalade, micro greens.
• Pairing: The Count’s Spritz — gin (tasting), pomegranate, orange bitters, dry bubbly topper.

II. Harvest Moon Bisque – Roasted Butternut & Honeycrisp
Brown-butter sage, maple crème, toasted pepitas.
• Pairing: Spiced Cider Highball — aged rum (tasting), fresh apple cider, lemon, cinnamon syrup, soda.

III. Moonlit Salmon – Smoked Salmon Rosette
Dill crème, black-rye crisp, lemon zest.
• Pairing: Moon Mist Martini — vodka, St-Germain, vermouth, white cranberry.

IV. The Raven’s Croquette – Duck Confit Croquette
Cherry-port “blood” drizzle, celery-root purée, crisp thyme.
• Pairing: Smoked Cranberry Rye Sour — rye whiskey (tasting), cranberry, lemon, maple.

V. Nightfall – Petite Sirloin Medallion
Black-garlic demi, charred broccolini, truffle dust.
• Pairing: Black Forest Old Fashioned — bourbon (tasting), black-cherry syrup, black-walnut bitters, expressed orange.

VI. Midnight Silk – Black-Cocoa Panna Cotta
Cherry “blood” coulis, candied cocoa nib, pistachio dust.
• Pairing: Blood Orange Sparkler — gin (tasting), Aperol, lemon, dry bubbly topper.
