Course One

Wild Mushroom & Thyme Tart with Irish Whiskey Cream
Buttery pastry filled with roasted wild mushrooms, caramelized shallots, and fresh thyme, finished with a delicate Irish whiskey cream and micro herbs.
Paired with a smooth Irish single pot still whiskey.


Course Two

Irish Cheddar & Stout Soup
Rich and creamy with aged Irish cheddar, caramelized onions, and dark Irish stout, finished with a crisp rye crouton.
Paired with a smooth Irish whiskey.


Course Three

Roasted Pear & Irish Blue Cheese Salad
Roasted Anjou pear, creamy Irish blue cheese, toasted walnuts, and baby greens with a honey-thyme vinaigrette.
Paired with a smooth Highland Scotch with subtle fruit and malt notes.


Course Four

Half Scotch Egg with Mustard Aioli
Soft-boiled egg wrapped in herbed sausage, breaded and fried, served with tangy mustard aioli.
Paired with a sherried Speyside Scotch.


Course Five

Guinness-Braised Lamb Shank with Champ & Rosemary Jus
Slow-braised Irish lamb shank in a rich Guinness reduction, served over buttery champ (mashed potatoes with scallions) and finished with rosemary jus.
Paired with a 12-Year Irish whiskey.


Course Six

Pan-Seared Chicken Supreme with Scotch-Cherry Reduction
Crispy-skinned chicken supreme finished with a rich Scotch-cherry reduction, cracked black pepper, and orange zest, served alongside buttered leeks.
Paired with a bold Islay Scotch.

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Whisky Caramel
