Spring has arrived at The Copper Mug Grille, and we’re celebrating with fresh flavors, expanded spaces, and a weekend full of surprises!

Join us for Spring Refresh Weekend as we debut seasonal updates to our breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus—featuring vibrant spring ingredients, brand new menu items, and fresh takes on your favorite dishes. From your first cup of coffee to your final bite of dessert, there’s something new to enjoy all day long.

Introducing Our New Sunday Brunch!
Starting this weekend, we’re launching our Sunday Brunch series, served every Sunday morning from May through October. Enjoy a relaxing brunch at the castle with delicious chef-crafted dishes, fresh coffee drinks, cocktails, and beautiful views of the Mohican countryside. More details to come!

We’re also showcasing our restaurant expansion — The Mary Frances Banquet Hall — along with expanded outdoor seating, offering even more space to relax and dine while taking in the scenic beauty of our property with over 100 outdoor seats.

New in 2025, our enchanting castle gift shop features unique gifts, gourmet treats, castle merchandise, wines, charcuterie essentials, and house-made specialties crafted right here at the castle.

Free Castle Suite Tours & Sneak Peek of a New Villa
From 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM, guests can enjoy FREE tours of select castle suites, along with a special sneak peek inside one of our brand-new villas currently under construction.

Don’t miss our refreshed full café espresso menu featuring coffee beans from local favorite Frenchie Roast — with hot and iced classics, seasonal favorites, and indulgent specialty drinks perfect for spring mornings.
