The Swedish traditional and most popular relaxation massage. The Swedish massage is one of the most common types of massage and is performed to energize the body and improve overall health. This type of massage involves actions like percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping and rolling. Massage oil or lotion is used to protect the skin from friction.

The Escape Deep Tissue
Life getting the best of you? We can help get in there and get your muscles to relax. Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff “trouble spots” in your body. The massage therapist uses slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin.

Pregnancy Massage

Spa Services Policy
All spa services are to be booked upon confirmation with our Licensed Professionals and will be charged 50% of the cost of the service with the remainder due at check-in. Our cancellation policy is a 72 hour policy. Any services not cancelled 72 hours, or more, before the scheduled time of the massage will be billed the full amount of the service.
