Your Coordinator
You will be assigned a wedding coordinator to assist you with all of your venue details leading up to your big day. They will assist you with a vendor list, room block, floorplan, timeline, all equipment choices, menu tasting, rehearsal and day of venue coordination.
The Venue
The Terrace
Our Ceremony space sits below the Castle amongst the natural gardens and waterfall. Surprise your guests with one of our unique entrance options, the gorgeous “Waterfall Entrance” or the stunning “Long Walk”. Exchange vows beneath our wooden pergola surrounded by trees so you and your guests will be shaded and comfortable.
Marta Louise Ballroom
Our 225 guest Capacity Ballroom has 22 windows providing a breathtaking view of our 30 acre forest. Equipt with a bar, dancefloor, spacious restrooms, coffee hutch, uplighting, and gorgeous gold chandeliers. This is a classic yet neutral space that suits all decor and design.
The Pavilion
This open air pavilion is the perfect complimentary rain plan for your ceremony. Equipped with chandeliers, clear siding that pulls down in the case of bad weather, and heat this makes the perfect rain plan. Your guests will enjoy gorgeous views of the tree tops and Castle. Many of our couples choose to host their cocktail hour here, for an additional fee we set up a bar, Hors d’oeuvres and cocktail tables.
The Equipment
- Choose from 60 inch round tables for groups of 8 or 8ft long tables for groups of 10
- Gold chiavari chairs in the Ballroom, white garden chairs for the Terrace or Tree Top Pavilion.
- Linen: Black, White, Champagne, or Ivory floor length crushed taffeta linen and napkin options are included.
- Many extras are available such as our 2 wooden farmhouse tables, wooden throne chairs for the sweethearts and our beautiful marble cake table.
The Suites
Honeymoon Suite
Unwind after your wedding in a complimentary night in a Castle suite of your choice for the newlyweds. Excludes Landoll Suite, $250 upcharge for the Landoll Suite.
A complimentary block is put on all available rooms for your wedding night ensuring that your guests get the first opportunity to book a room before releasing to the public 90 days prior to your wedding day. Rooms are subject to availability and rate at time of booking.
The Guest Portal
Our booked couples can enjoy access to our guest portal where they may view all past conversations with their coordinator, have 24/7 access to their event order, timeline, floor plan and make payments. This helps ease the couples mind and ensure that all details are correct.
