Event Description
Join us for an elegant evening inside the Marta Louise Ballroom as we present a six-course Winter Wine Pairing Dinner. Each course is served in tasting-sized portions, allowing guests to enjoy a curated progression of winter flavors paired with expressive wines chosen to enhance the menu.
This one-night-only experience highlights the refinement of winter cuisine—root vegetables, warm spices, delicate pastries, and a rich main course—presented with polished service and candlelit ambiance. The evening will also feature live music, adding to the intimate, atmospheric setting.
Doors open at 6:30 PM, with dinner service beginning promptly at 7:00 PM.

Course One – Amuse-Bouche
Parsnip brioche bite with crisp prosciutto and truffle dust

Course Two – Winter Salad
